Reminder mails
The application allows you to send reminder mails to the counterparties when they have not finalized their work. Additionally, you can also configure to send an e-mail when this reminder mail has been sent, so the advisor is aware that the counterparty has been notified.
To configure these functionalities, you need to add custom actions to the FSP Definition.
Configuration​
The invitation type decides who is reminded, and with which template​
Every reminder action is configured for one invitationType, which says who was invited. Configure one
instance of each action per type you want to remind.

Each default can be overridden per reminder with the emailTemplate setting.
Flow options that only produce a link - GENERATE_URL, GENERATE_CODE and GENERATE_MAILTO - send no
invitation mail, so no reminder is scheduled for them.
1. Configure at what time the reminder mail should be sent​
Configure the action Schedule Invite Counterparty Reminder.
This action must be linked to the event DOSSIER_COUNTERPARTY_INVITED.
The waiting time between the initial invite and the reminder mail can be configured in the settings of the action. It's also possible to configure multiple reminder mails.
2. Configure the reminder mail​
Configure the action Remind Counterparty.
This action must be linked to the event DOSSIER_INFORMATION_EXCHANGE_COMPLETION_REMINDER.
In this action, you can define different e-mail templates, based on which reminder needs to be sent (the 1st, the 2nd, etc).

3. Configure the additional information mail about the sent reminder (optional)​
Configure the action Inform Reminder Sent.
This action must be linked to the event DOSSIER_INFORMATION_EXCHANGE_COMPLETION_REMINDER_SENT.
In this action, you have to define to which e-mail address this additional e-mail should be sent. This can also be different based on which reminder is sent (the 1st, the 2nd, etc).
