🎯 Functional documentation
There are multiple modules that can be enabled that support the upload of documents, eg. DOSSIER_DOCUMENTS, PARTY_DOCUMENTS, FINANCIAL_SP_DOCUMENTS and IDENTITY.
Enabling these modules, will make these cards available in the FSP linked to the FSP definition.
- Dossier documents stores documents on a dossier. Examples of dossier document types that belong on dossier level are
SIGNED_CONTRACT,CONTRACT_PROPOSAL,ADVICE&OFFER. - Party documents stores documents on the party. Most of our customer have a custom document type list per party type in the field definitions, examples of document types on party level are
PROOF_OF_RESIDENCE,SHAREHOLDER_STRUCTURE&BYLAWS. - Financial SP documents stores documents on the FSP. These are document templates easily accessible for the FSP-user.
- Identity documents are stored in the identity card. These are the document types allowed to identify oneself eg.
IDorPASSPORT.
⚙️ Configuration
Default
By default no settings are required. It is sufficient to simply enable the module.
Different types of document upload
If you want to allow multiple ways to upload documents, the libraries setting can be applied.
We support:
FILE_PICKER: upload a document from the used device. (required)BUILT_IN: upload a document from the financial SP documents.MOBILE_UPLOAD: upload a document from your cellphone.PROVIDER: upload a document using a document provider. Add the identifier of the provider as a value.
Document manual assessment
precondition: document manual assessment is enabled in the field definitions.
To enable a simple document manual assessment, following settings apply:
- defaultValue: the default manual assessment (required)
- positiveAssessments: the manual assessment considered as approved or positive (required)
- excludeTypes: a list of document types that do not require a manual assessment
- types: a list of document types that require a manual assessment
