RemindCounterpartyOnInformationExchangeCompletion

Business goal

This action sends out a reminder mail. See also Reminder mails.

Configuration

• Add the action RemindCounterpartyOnInformationExchangeCompletionV3.
• Link this action to the event DOSSIER_INFORMATION_EXCHANGE_COMPLETION_REMINDER.

Add one instance of the action per invitationType you want to remind.

Settings

• invitationType: The type of invitation that was sent, which says who was invited. This action only handles invitations of that type, and it determines the default reminder template.
• reminders: This map defines how many reminders should be scheduled. The key is the reminder number (1, 2, etc) and the value is an object with the following properties:
  • emailTemplate: The email template that should be used for this reminder. This can be a custom email template that you have defined in the application. When left out, INVESTOR_FLOW_REMINDER is used for invitation type FLOW and SIGNATORY, and INFORMATION_EXCHANGE_REMINDER for invitation type INFORMATION_EXCHANGE.

A reminder is only sent while the information exchange is still pending and the counterparty still has flow steps to complete, so a signatory who already signed is not reminded again while the others are still busy.
