ScheduleInviteCounterpartyReminder
Business goal​
This action schedules a job in the future that can be used to trigger reminder mails. See also Reminder mails.
Configuration​
- Add the action
ScheduleInviteCounterpartyReminderV3. - Link this action to the event
DOSSIER_COUNTERPARTY_INVITED.
Add one instance of the action per invitationType you want to remind.
Settings​
invitationType: The type of invitation that was sent, which says who was invited. This action only handles invitations of that type.reminders: This map defines how many reminders should be scheduled. The key is the reminder number (1, 2, etc) and the value is an object with the following properties:waitingTime: The time to wait before sending this reminder. This time is based on the previous reminder. It can be specified in days (d), hours (h), or minutes (m).

Schedule a reminder mail 5 days after the invite was sent and a second reminder 3 days after the first reminder was sent
