InformReminderSent

Business goal

This action sends out a mail to inform someone that a reminder was sent out. See also Reminder mails.

Configuration

• Add the action InformReminderSentV3.
• Link this action to the event DOSSIER_INFORMATION_EXCHANGE_COMPLETION_REMINDER_SENT.

Add one instance of the action per invitationType you want to be informed about.

Settings

• invitationType: The type of invitation that was sent, which says who was invited. This action only handles invitations of that type, and it determines the default template.
• reminders: This map defines how many reminders should be scheduled. The key is the reminder number (1, 2, etc) and the value is an object with the following properties:
  • emailAddress: The email address to which the informative mail should be sent. This can be a dynamic value, such as $assignee.email, or $fsp.email.
  • emailTemplate: The email template that should be used for this reminder. This can be a custom email template that you have defined in the application. When left out, INVESTOR_FLOW_REMINDER_SENT is used for invitation type FLOW and SIGNATORY, and INFORMATION_EXCHANGE_REMINDER_SENT for invitation type INFORMATION_EXCHANGE.
