Fetch UBO Information From External Providers
Business goal​
This action fetches Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) information for a client of a dossier from external data providers and save in the UBO Structure It is typically used to enrich dossier data with UBO details for compliance and due diligence purposes.
Configuration​
- Add the action
FetchUboInfo. - Link this action to an appropriate event or status transition (e.g., a
DOSSIER_OPENfor a specific status). - Configure the settings (see below) to define which configured UBO provider to use for fetching information.

Required Settings​
allowedProviderIdentifier: The identifier of the UBO provider permitted to execute the fetch operation.

You can configure multiple UBO providers in the system, but this setting restricts which of those providers can be used by this action. To find the provider identifiers, refer to the configuration of your UBO providers.
