Cancel pending submission groups

Business goal​

This action cancels all pending submission groups on a dossier. It is useful in automated workflows where an ongoing investor flow must be invalidated when data changes or a status transition makes the current flow irrelevant.

When there is no pending submission group, the action completes successfully without making any changes.

Configuration​

  1. Add the action CancelPendingSubmissionGroups.
  2. Link this action to the event(s) on which the pending submission groups should be cancelled (e.g. DOSSIER_SUBMITTED, DOSSIER_STATUS_CHANGED).
  3. Optionally configure a rejectionReason to record why the submission group was cancelled.
