White label

To allow a custom branding and custom uri for the customer, a white label needs to be created. Each organization must at least have one white label as every organization requires an origin.

A white label consist of the following possible configurations:

  • Visually
    • custom url, e.g. https://bankx.myharmoney.eu
    • company logo
    • company colors (header separator line)
  • Functionally
    • The white label is activated by navigating to the url of the white label.
    • Each FSP must be linked to a white label. The FSP can only be accessed when using the url linked to the white label and when the user has the necessary roles.
    • Multiple FSPs can be linked to the same white label. If a user has roles on multiple FSPs, the user will be able to switch between those FSPs.
    • One or more single-sign-on (SSO) providers can be configured on the white label, to support automated access control to the platform.
    • Every white label can support different languages.
    • Product translations can be adjusted on white label level.

For example:

  • Bank X has two business units: insurance and investment, which act almost as two different businesses. Each BU wants their own url, to see their own colors, has different wordings and wants to see different login methods on the login page (different SSO providers). In this case we would opt for separate white labels.
