This API-gateway service call updates the question answers of an existing party. It's advised to use updateStrategy=APPEND when updating the question answers. Provided answers will only appear in the application if the question is already visible based on the form definition. Invalid answers will not be accepted by the system.

The provided data is not valid or could not be validated. E.g. The question could not be found, or an answer is not valid based on the type defined on the question.

The configured rate limit was hit; this and future requests will be blocked. The remaining time is returned in the response error message.
