This service posts an externally completed information exchange (with profiles) to a dossier.

The provided data is not valid or could not be validated. E.g. a required field is not provided, a string contains too many characters, an identifier cannot be resolved,...
The configured rate limit was hit; this and future requests will be blocked. The remaining time is returned in the response error message.
