Scheduled providers

🎯 Functional documentation

Scheduled providers are used to execute tasks at specific intervals or times. They can be used for various purposes, such as data synchronization, report generation, or any other periodic task that needs to be performed in the application.

Scheduled providers are periodically triggered using a simplified cron schedule, or they can be triggered manually via the admin UI: organizations > org x > triggers. Based on the type of scheduled provider, different settings are applicable. The following types of scheduled providers are available:

  • RescreeningProvider: used to throw an event for certain dossiers. Various actions can be configured to be executed when the event is thrown. Example use-cases:
    • Daily rescreening of dossiers in combination with case-manangement. Due diligence checks and an RBA calculation are done every day to allow a prompt intervention for dossiers that would have an updated risk.
    • Periodic reopening of dossiers to trigger a new outreach. For example, each dossier must have at least one outreach per year. The rescreening provider can be configured to reopen dossiers that had their outreach one year ago.
  • DataExportProvider: used to export all parties and dossiers of one or more FSPs to the storage provider. Typically used for offboarding of an organization.
  • DataRemovalScheduledProvider: used for data retention (e.g. removal all dossiers created more than 6 months ago) or data removal (e.g. in case of offboarding of an organization).
