Topograph party provider

🎯 Functional documentation​

This provider can be used to enrich data for parties of type COMPANY using the Topograph API. It supports a wide range of European countries.

The provider offers the following capabilities:

  • Company search — search for companies by name and country
  • Company data enrichment — fetch company profile data (address, legal form, registration details, etc.)
  • UBO enrichment — fetch Ultimate Beneficial Owner data
  • Related parties — fetch related party data derived from UBOs, legal representatives and other key persons

Repeated persons​

Topograph describes a person once per role, so the same entity identifier can recur in the UBO, legal representative and key person lists. Such entries are imported as a single person, keeping one owner per person and one relation per distinct standardized role.

Input data points​

  • Search string (company name)
  • Country code

The company identifier is constructed from the country code and the company number (e.g. BE_0666.716.731).
