Dossier definitions

Business goal

A dossier definition allows us to define different workflows depending on the dossier type, dossier service or client type.

🎯 Functional documentation

A dossier definition bundles:

⚙️ Configuration

In order to create a dossier definition, the following information is required:

  • Dossier type: the dossier type defines the type of dossier this represents for the customer, eg. Know Your Customer, Insurance, Transaction control,...
  • Dossier service: the dossier services defines a subtype to your dossier type, eg. insurance of type Pension Saving.
  • Party type: a dossier definition per required party type needs to be created.
