Send Mail On Dossier Status Change

Business goal​

Send an email when a dossier progresses into a specific dossier status. Recipient email and email template can be overridden in the action settings.

Configuration​

  1. Add the action SendMailOnDossierStatusChange.
  2. Link this action to an appropriate event or status transition (e.g., a DOSSIER_STATUS_CHANGED for a specific status).
  3. Configure the settings (see below) to define who receives the email and which template to use.
