Save last used flow option on dossier metadata

Business goal​

This action stores the last used outreach flow option in the dossier metadata. The stored value can be used later for analytics and operational purposes, such as tracking which flow options are most frequently used.

Configuration​

  1. Add the action SaveLastUsedFlowOptionToDossier.
  2. Link this action to an event FLOW_OPTION_TRIGGERED.
  3. Configure the metadataFieldKey field in the settings to specify which dossier metadata field should store the last used flow option.
