Fetch External Company Documents
Business goal​
This action fetches external documents for a company dossier from configured external document providers and stores them in the system.
It is typically used to automatically enrich a company dossier with documents such as annual reports, bylaws, or other provider-specific company documents for compliance and verification purposes.
Optionally, the action can restrict which documents are fetched based on configured document types.
Configuration​
- Add the action
FetchExternalCompanyDocuments. - Link this action to an appropriate event or status transition (e.g. dossier creation or review stage).
- Configure the settings (see below) to control which document types are fetched from external providers.

documentTypeFilter: Restricts which external documents are fetched based on their document type.

When this setting is not configured or is empty, all documents returned by the provider are fetched (default behavior).
When configured, only documents whose type matches one of the allowed values are processed.
Documents without a known type are ignored when filtering is active.
