Delete Tasks from a Dossier

Business goal​

This action removes tasks from a dossier based on configurable filters such as task identifiers, task status, dossier criteria, and associated party filters.

Configuration​

  • Add the action DeleteDossierTasks.
  • Configure the filters to determine which tasks are eligible for deletion.

Settings​

  • tasks (optional): A list of task identifiers. Only tasks whose identifier matches one of these will be deleted.
  • taskFilter (optional): A list of task statuses (OPEN, DONE). Only tasks whose status matches one of these will be deleted.
  • associatedPartyFilter (optional): Filter that triggers the action if at least one associated party matches the criteria.
