TBI Party Provider

Functional documentation

This provider can be used to enrich data for Belgian companies using the TBI API.

The provider offers the following capabilities:

• Company search - search for companies by name or enterprise number
• Company data enrichment - fetch company profile data (address, legal form, VAT, activities, credit score, etc.)
• UBO enrichment - fetch shareholder and ownership structure data
• Related parties - fetch operational managers and board members

Input data points

Search supports two modes:

• By company name - free-text name search
• By enterprise number - exact match on the Belgian enterprise number

The party identifier is the TBI# prefix followed by the enterprise number (e.g. TBI#0884302956).

UBOs

Direct shareholders are imported with direct and total share percentages.

Related parties

Operational managers and board members (directors and other functions) are imported. Entries referring to the same person are deduplicated and their relation types are merged.
