OneTrust
This documentation outlines the consent management mechanism implemented in the Harmoney application.
Configuration overview
The authentication configuration can only be done on white label level of the Harmoney application.
White label
By configuring the OneTrust domain id on the white label, an organization can control which OneTrust popup they wish to display the way it was configured at OneTrust.
Upon configuring the OneTrust domain id (technical name: otDomainId), all users, from that moment on no matter their location in the app, will see the OneTrust popup appear on the first full refresh of the page as they will be considered first time visitors to the Harmoney application. Users that are casually going through the app without causing a full refresh will not see this popup until a full refresh occurs.
The popup the users will be seeing will be the same as configured at OneTrust and will allow users to read through all the consent options aswell as accept or decline these consent options together with a link to the /cookies page.
Note: However accepting/declining the cookies does not impact the Harmoney application in any way.
Next to the popup appearing there will also be an extra page called /cookies this page will contain a full list of cookies and details related to those cookies. This page will be accessible through a link that will be available within the OneTrust modal.
