A monitoring provider keeps a list of parties under surveillance at an external data provider, so that Harmoney can be told which parties changed instead of having to re-check all of them.

Such a provider does not run on its own and has no schedule. It is used by:

• the actions that add and remove parties from the monitored list;
• a rescreening provider that asks for the changes and rescreens the impacted dossiers.
