SMTP email provider

Sends the email through an SMTP server. resourceUri holds the server as host or as host:port, where the port is
587 when it is not given, and MAIL_ENCRYPTION the encryption of the connection. The credentials of the server are
configured as the authentication of the provider.
The email is sent from the name of the white label followed by MAIL_SENDER, so MAIL_SENDER only holds the address
itself.
This provider sends through any SMTP server, including the SMTP server of Mailgun. Sending through the Mailgun API is preferred because SMTP returns no identifier for the email, but the SMTP server can be used to send from a Mailgun domain without changing anything else.
