An email provider is used to send emails from the application. Only a single email provider can be configured per organization.
Which provider sends an email is decided by the configuration. An email of an organization is sent by the provider of that organization, and when the organization has none, by the shared provider. That makes the shared provider the one that sends from the standard Harmoney domain, and an organization provider the one that sends from the domain of that organization.
